We are a prominent Sandwich Panel Portable Cabin Supplier in Saudi Arabia. The steel structure of the base as well as the wooden joist & covers will be as well as the above (AA). The walls, the roof as well as the partitions will be designed from the blocks of steel sheeting on both sides of 0.40mm thickness or above injected by the polystyrene of :

• 1 - 50 mm thickness OR 75 mm thickness
• The size of the blocks will be 2.44m x 1.22m or more than that as requested
• As for the roof usually will be longer in order to cover the space which will not less than 3.85m
• The blocks will be fixed jointly by side in order to strengthen each other

Wall

• Sandwich Panel 75mm thickness
• Inner wall decorative plywood sheets 4mm
• Outer wall zinc corrugated sheets 0.40mm
• Polystyrene will be installed in between inner outer wall

Roof

• Steel structure made from sheets 1.5mm pending as the sloop
• Steel tube (60x30x1.5)mm
• Zinc corrugated sheets roof 0.35mm

Ceiling

• Ceiling height from finish floor 2.44m
• Frame (50x50)mm s4s kd wood ceiling frame @ 600mm spacing
• 4mm polyester white plywood canning panel complete with matching molding
• Polystyrene sheets 50mm to be insulated

Door & Windows

• Aluminum shape frame
• (40x40x3) mm rectangular tube & double plywood finishing by aluminum shape
• Complete with hinge & door lock for doors only
• Aluminum shape & glass with be used for windows

Floor

• Vinyl sheet roll 1.6mm will be used for floor finishing
• Carpet 4mm for living rooms
